Now, for Something Completely Different...A Short Novella - CWC2016 & Indie Author Month

Oh boy, it has been a really busy September for me!

I just returned from the 2016 Chicago Writers Conference. I had such a great time, but now unfortunately I got a lotta work to make up.

Anyways, I haven't forgotten about my Indie Author Month. Yesterday at Chicago, I read Hope Ann's (@Authorhopeann) Rose of Prophecy, the first in her Legends of Light series.

I'm still looking for time to do a full review of this and the two other Indie Author books I'd read this month. But, I will say right now I was pleasantly surprised by this book. The great thing about opening myself to reading Indie Author books is that I'm enjoying genres that I'm not familiar with. This was the first fairy tale retelling/romance/Christian novella I read and it got me interested to read more like this.
